Here are some pictures of the kiddos making them with Daddy:

They are a no-bake cheesecake and just need to be refrigerated for a few hours. It was a straightforward recipe. The only rough part of the recipe was having to press the bases into a muffin tin as this was somewhat tedious. That said we did all like the results!
